To import the contacts in bulk from backup files you can use the more button. If you want to add new contacts to an existing list then you are required to access the group from the left side menu then click on add to button. So to create an empty group you need to click on “new group” option from the left side of the Google contacts then name your group according to your preference. If you want to add contacts later then you can create an empty group. Once your group is created you will see your group on the left side of the screen beneath the “my contact” area.To save the email group click on “ok ” tab.In the new group promt type a name of your group you want to create.Select an existing group of click on create new group from drop down list to put these contacts into their own list.Now you have to click on the group button at the top of the screen with the contacts still selected.To find all the people you normally email use the most contacted section.Select the checkbox next to each contacts you want to add in group.
